A graduate of the University of Virginia, Dacquiri began her financial services career in London working in the Investment Banking division of Merrill Lynch.

A notable player in the finance industry, she has also held positions in other prominent organizations including Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, and American Express.

Dacquiri always had the desire to start her own business. After a successful turn at the Harlem Venture Group, she was inspired to use the business tools she had acquired to bring the plan from paper to reality. Upon investing in real estate and small businesses, Dacquiri honed her strategic networking and marketing skills. She partnered with the best of the best in the world of financial recruiting on Wall Street, and in 2007 she started Spire Search Partners.

After years of building successful businesses for others and assisting clients in their hiring of top-notch talent, Adam decided to start Spire Search Partners and build an empire designed to cater to the Wall Street Community.

He is recognized industry wide for his passion for search, his commitment to people and his unrelenting work ethic. Not only does Adam have over a decade of Executive Search experience, but he’s also a serial entrepreneur who prides himself and his success on "always doing the right thing!"

Adam began his career in Financial Services working in Fixed Income Operations for Cantor Fitzgerald. He was responsible for all facets of trade discrepancies within the entire Fixed Income yield curve.


Dennis started his lucrative Financial Services career as a Market Analyst with Reuters Loan Pricing Corporation, a global provider of loan market news, data and analytics relating to the credit industry. In this role he managed econometric models and market research surrounding the US loan markets.

Dennis then joined UBS Investment Bank where he played a vital role in the startup and growth of a new internal business. It was aimed at leveraging technology to expand and strengthen the banks key buy-side client relationships. This effort included global project management and regular client development with CTOs, Portfolio Managers, Analysts and other buy-side contacts. He was one of the first people to drive client votes (and consequently revenue) for the bank for this type of service.


Mario brings more than 20 years in the Food, Beverage and Hospitality industry and the Venture Capital arena to Spire Search Partners. His ability to liaise with the most notable movers and shakers in the tri-state area is unmatched. On top of his broad and deep relationships, Mario is fluent in not only English but Spanish and Italian, in addition to advanced knowledge of numerous other languages.

Mario’s most recent business venture includes the unparalleled turnaround story of 10th and Willow. Just over a decade ago, Mario devoted his business acumen to a struggling dining establishment in Hoboken, NJ. Under Mr. Steriti’s guidance, the previously unsuccessful restaurant has become a bustling metropolis catering to everyone from the aspiring 20-something yuppie, to more seasoned area locals.
